Graphic Preparation Guidelines

We accept the following: CD, DVD, and USB thumbnail drives.


Supported Applications
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Acrobat, Corel Draw, Quark XPress, SignLab
Please note that Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel files are accepted but are not ideal for large format printing and may require reworking. Artwork charges may apply.


Preparing Files for Large Format Printing
All formats - Please build all bleeds at 1/2 inch beyond the edge of the file. If using a Pantone color, please provide PMS number so we may match it as close as possible (color matching charges may apply. Minimum resolution of raster files should be 150 dpi at actual size. Reduced files should be higher resolution (1/2 size files should be about 300 dpi) Please provide a printed proof for layout accuracy (not for color matching).


Cut Vinyl Graphics - If your artwork is intended to be used to produce cut vinyl graphics it must be 100% vector artwork. Raster (photographic) files can usually be reworked / reproduced for cut vinyl use, however artwork charges may apply.


Illustrator or Corel Draw - Please design the file at actual size if possible. Outline all fonts to avoid conflics


Indesign or Quark Xpress - Please be sure you include all screen / printer fonts and support files to avoid delays in processing your job.

Photoshop - Please flatten artwork to avoid conflicts
